Social Emotional and Mindfulness are important components of education because they contribute significantly to the overall well-being and success of students, teachers, and other faculty members of the school’s community. Integrating social-emotional learning and mindfulness into the school curriculum fosters a holistic approach to education that prioritizes the well-being and development of the student, setting them up for success both academically and in life.
